RCC Staff Mike Holba Lead Pastor Mike was born and raised in Milwaukee. After graduating from UWM, he began his teaching career in downtown Milwaukee and married Janet. Together they moved to Oshkosh where they both taught for 12 years. While teaching full-time Mike attended seminary at night. Eventually, he felt led by God to move to Ripon and start a new church. Mike, Janet, and the kids moved to Ripon in 2002. Scuba diving, fishing, and anything "new and adventurous" is where you can find Mike when he is not at RCC Sam Prellwitz Managing Pastor Sam grew up on a strawberry farm just north of Ripon. After attending Wabash College in Crawfordsville, IN he moved back to Ripon and married his High School sweetheart, Meg. Together they have 3 boys (Ramsey, Archer, and Silas) and a dog named Stella. Sam enjoys running (especially on trails), working in the dirt, reading, good coffee, and exploring new towns, restaurants, or trails with Meg and his family. Adam Smith Worship Pastor Adam was born and raised in Upstate New York. He has also lived in Philly, and in the deserts of Arizona before settling here in Ripon. Adam has a blended family consisting of his wife, Jessica, their three kids, a small dog, and two cats which he barely tolerates. He has a real passion for music, and you may see him leading worship from time to time. In his free time, he loves to travel, go out to eat, and watch movies. Adam also dabbles in photography and is learning how to cook. Come say hello if you see him around church. He’d love to talk to you. Arica Leonard Outreach and Connections Pastor Arica has a bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies with a Religious Studies Minor. She is a mother and pastor trying her best to be extraordinary for God in all aspects of her existence! She has a desire to help people live out their faith in practical ways by simply being their authentic self, loving God and loving others. As Pastor of Connections and Care she has a passion for connecting God's people in such a way that they become better together in carrying out His mission here on Earth. She has four kids: Grace, Landen, Lola, and Edison. She has a passion for God, Sunday naps, good food, and has an addiction to sparkling water. Please introduce yourself to Arica- you won't regret it! Daniel Clack Student Pastor Danny was born and raised in Racine. He graduated from UW-Oshkosh and is currently attending Moody Bible Seminary online. He is passionate about loving students the way Jesus loves us and showing them that being a Christian can be FUN and EXCITING. He’s an avid outdoorsmen and loves taking his wife on crazy adventures as they explore God’s creation together! Tara Bos Children's Director Tara grew up on the west side of Wisconsin. After graduating with a degree in elementary education, she moved to the area and married Jason. She taught in Fond du Lac School District for 5 years before becoming a stay at home mom, and eventually got into photography where she enjoyed documenting children and families. After 5 years of doing that, she closed up shop to join the staff at RCC teaching children about the love of God! Tara lives in Rosendale with her husband and four children. In her free time she enjoys photography, going on dates with her husband, hanging with friends, and doing anything that makes her laugh! Kathy Rollin Program Director Kathy Rollin has been married to Bob for 38 years, is a mom of 3 and Nana of 5 wonderful grandbabies who she loves to spend time with. She loves to read books in her hammock, yoga on her deck in the mornings and feels the deepest connection to God doing most anything on the water. As RCC’s Program Director, she sets up all things media for Sunday mornings to enhance the environment and deepen the worship experience. She also does her best to make sure things run smoothly without distractions during the services. So, if you can catch her on a Sunday morning, be sure to say hi! Natasha Padilla Administrative Assistant Natasha was born and raised in South Florida. She moved to Ripon, WI in 2016 and is absolutely in love with this town. She enjoys all things "social media", coffee, good books, being outside and meeting people. Natasha creates the programs and manages the social media platforms here at RCC.
