Fall Happenings

November 20th        Guest Speaker – Sharon Hodde Miller. 

Sharon leads Bright City Church in Durham, NC with her husband, Ike, which they planted together in 2018. Sharon earned her M.Div. from Duke Divinity School, and her PhD from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, where she researched the topic of women and calling. In addition to writing for sites like Christianity Today, She Reads Truth, Propel, Relevant, and more, she is the author of two books: Free of Me: Why Life Is Better When It’s Not about You, and Nice: Why We Love to Be Liked And How God Calls Us to More. Sharon travels the country speaking at churches and conferences, and then she loves to return home to her three awesome kids!

June 17th-18th Father-Son Canoe Trip! Got a hankering for gliding down the river with your son? Or teach him the ways of the wild? This trip is for you!

July 10th Guest worship led by Lion & Bear after they performed at Lifest!

July 17th Guest speaker of the summer is RCC’s founding pastor, Mike HolbaPlan to give him a hug and hear a Biblical message from RCC’s founding Pastor. 

July 18th Exhibitions Unlimited Pastor Danny and his wife Lindsey are venturing out on the Wisconsin River with a group of Student Life upperclassmen through exhibitions unlimited.

Expeditions Unlimited exists to impact the lives of youth and adults through the use of God’s creation and outdoor adventure experiences (bio)

July 24th Outdoor Service Get on out to the Green Lake Conference Center for our first summer outdoor service at 9:30 am.

July 30th Pastor Danny and a team led by Kirk and MZ Yazel will be heading out on a week-long mission trip to HondurasPray for this team that they may Represent Jesus Well throughout their trip.

August 7th Our second summer guest speaker will be Pastor Mark Moore!

He’s a best-selling author of both Quest 52 and Core 52. He’s the speaking pastor at Christ Church of the Valley in Phoenix, AZ — one of the largest churches in America. I’ve spent many days with him over the past year, and I can’t wait for you to hear him speak!  – Pastor Sam.

September 9th Concert on the Green, with RCC’s worship band, Unchained.

September 11th Baptism and All-Church Picnic It’s the brightest party of the summer! We’ll have our regular services downtown at RCC (9 & 10:30), and then head out to the Green Lake Conference Center at NOON for our all-church picnic and baptism celebration!
